Terms and Conditions (Shipping and Return Policy)
SHIPPING
At Jewels De Oro we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Shipping is available in North America only. Jewels De Oro DOES NOT ship internationally. Orders will be processed between 24- 48 hours and shipped with an estimated time of 7-10 business days. Once the order is ready to be shipped, we will email you a notification that your items have shipped and provide you with the tracking information.
1) Within Canada Free Shipping of orders over $150
2) Less than $150.00 is $30.00
3) All shipping to USA is Flat $50.00
If your order includes an item that is in backordered or qualifies as a special order you will be notified by phone or email, confirming the estimated delivery time. Your confirmation will be required to proceed the order.
REFUND
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Exchanges are accepted within 20 days of the original purchase date.
Body jewellery is final sale and is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with the original tag attached. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and not sized, and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned merchandise is shipped with a tracking number. The tracking number must be provided to Jewels De Oro once the return has been shipped.
Jewels De Oro is not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged during return shipping or while a refund or exchange is being processed.
We recommend using an insured shipping service, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, when returning merchandise.
We reserve the right to have all major stones inspected before a refund is authorized.
Please contact Jewels De Oro immediately if the merchandise received is damaged or is not in appropriate condition. Exceptions to this return policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Special orders and Custom Made are crafted to meet your specifications and as such are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All special orders require a mandatory 50% non-refundable deposit.

WHITE GOLD AND STERLING SILVER:
Most white gold jewelry and Sterling Silver items are rhodium finished, which gives a whiter color to the completed piece. The rhodium finish is not however, a permanent treatment and will wear away with time.
