Shipping policy

At Jewels De Oro  we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Shipping is available in North America only. Jewels De Oro DOES NOT ship internationally.  Orders will be processed between  24- 48 hours and shipped with an estimated time of 7-10 business days.  Once the order is ready to be shipped, we will email you a notification that your items have shipped and provide you with the tracking information. 

1) Within Canada Free Shipping of orders over $100 

2) Less than $100.00 is $10.00

3)  All shipping to USA is Flat $20.00

If your order includes an item that is in back-ordered or qualifies as a special order you will be notified by phone or email, confirming the estimated delivery time.  Your confirmation will be required to proceed the order.
